Terms of service
By ordering from me a commission, you understand that you are purchasing a digital product (non-physical merchandise) and agree to the following terms and conditions.
If you have any clarifying questions, feel free to send me a DM on Reddit, discord or via email.
General Conditions:
- You can use your commission as an avatar, background, banner or print it for your personal (non-commercial) use. Don't forget to mention me as the author;
- It is not acceptable to use commissioned art as NFT or AI;
- Art for personal use only (if it is for commercial use, an additional price will be charged);
- The deadline can vary from 2 weeks to 1 month or more (depending on the complexity and queue);
- I have the right to refuse a project;
- I will send updates throughout the commission process for revisions so you can request corrections along the way;
- I reserve the right to use/display your commission in a portfolio or on social media, but the commission can be kept confidential if you notify me in advance.
Additional fees:
- Additional details (such as pets, weapons, armor or detailed costumes, complex background) may increase the final price of the order;
- Larger edits made in the final phase of the work have an extra fee of 15% to 40%;
- Orders for commercial purposes have an additional fee of at least double the price.
Payment
- payment via Paypal, 100% upfront or 50/50 (50% of payment to send first sketch, other 50% to send final art in full quality).
- If for arty reason I can no longer fulfill your order then il let you know and money will be refunded;
- You may not request a refund after I have started your commission. Also completed commissions are non-refundable.

+1 Character: 70% of base price
Frame: $10 USD
Simple background: included
Detailed background: ranges from $20 USD to $80 USD
Semi-realistic background: $80 USD or more depending on complexity
